Shipping Policy

We roast to order and ship fast — because fresh coffee shouldn’t sit around waiting. Here’s everything you need to know about how your Sol & Snow order gets from our roastery to your door.

Processing Time

Most orders are roasted, packed, and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, new product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days. We’ll always keep you posted — you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it’s placed. We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your location and order size.

International Shipping

We don’t currently offer international shipping, but it’s on the horizon. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested, drop us a line at hello@solandsnowcoffee.com — we’d love to hear where you’re sipping from.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your coffee’s journey. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, give it a beat — carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to scan packages into the system.

Shipping Issues

Lost or damaged packages: If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged, reach out to us within 7 days at hello@solandsnowcoffee.com. We’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
