Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to know about it — and we’ll do what we can to fix it. Here’s how it works.


Our Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your Sol & Snow order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right. We’re a small team that genuinely cares about your experience — we’d rather lose a sale than have you drink coffee you don’t love.


What’s Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

  • Damaged or defective products (crushed bag, broken seal, etc.)

  • Wrong item shipped (you ordered the dark roast, we sent the light — our bad)

  • Quality issues (stale, off-tasting, or not as described)

  • Orders that never arrived (lost in transit)


What’s Not Eligible

Because coffee and tea are perishable goods, we can’t accept returns on opened products unless there’s a quality issue. We also can’t process returns for:

  • Change of mind on flavor or roast preference (but reach out — we’re happy to help you find the right one next time)

  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago


How to Request a Return or Refund

It’s simple. Email us at hello@solandsnowcoffee.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. A photo if the product arrived damaged


We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and let you know the next steps. In most cases, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — no runaround, no hoops.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, it may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement.


Exchanges

We don’t do traditional exchanges, but here’s what we can do: if you ordered something and it’s not your style, email us and we’ll help you find the right product. If there’s a quality issue, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.


Subscription Orders

If you’re on a Sol & Snow subscription, you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard — no penalties, no guilt trips. If a subscription shipment arrives and something’s off, the same return policy above applies.


Gift Orders

If you received Sol & Snow as a gift and need to request a return or exchange, email us at hello@solandsnowcoffee.com. We’ll work with you directly — we don’t need the original buyer involved.
